1. Structural Support & Safety

For stability during transport and display, tiered or tall cakes may contain internal structural supports, including but not limited to food-grade wooden dowels, skewers, or straws.

• Action Required: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all internal supports and external non-edible toppers are removed carefully before portioning and serving.

2. Allergen Advisory

Our products are prepared in a commercial kitchen environment that handles sesame, nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and shellfish.

• Disclaimer: While we follow strict sanitation and cross-contamination protocols, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. By placing an order, the client acknowledges this risk and assumes responsibility for informing their guests of potential allergens.

3. Transfer of Responsibility

Upon collection or successful delivery, the client (or their designated representative) must inspect the product for visual accuracy and condition.

• Liability: Once the order has left our possession, we are no longer liable for any damage sustained during transportation, handling, or improper storage (such as exposure to direct sunlight or temperatures above 73°F/23°C).

4. Artistic Variations

Each product is custom-handcrafted.

• Design Note: Final products may exhibit slight variations from reference images in color tones and artistic execution. We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments to ensure structural integrity or to avoid copyright infringement.

5. Terms of Service & Cancellations

• Refund Policy: Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Payment & Cancellation Policy, which dictates non-refundable deposit schedules based on the booking type and notice period provided.

• Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Massachussetts, USA.
