For your convenience, orders can be picked up at any time during our standard operating hours.

Location: To maintain security and order accuracy, the specific pickup address will be sent to you via text or email once your order has been officially confirmed.

Delivery Services
We offer professional delivery to ensure your order arrives safely at its destination.
Free Delivery: We provide complimentary delivery for all locations within 5 miles of Westford, MA. Please Note: This delivery policy applies to standard orders only and does not apply to Wedding cakes.
Extended Delivery: For locations beyond the 5-mile radius, delivery fees are calculated based on the total distance from our Westford location.

Standard Orders
Confirmation: A 50% deposit is required to secure and confirm your order.
Within 7 Days of Order: If you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled pickup or delivery date, 50% of the total payment is non-refundable.
Trailer & Truck Bookings
Non-Refundable: All deposits for trailer and truck bookings are strictly non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made. We recommend only booking once your event date is finalized.
Wedding Cake Orders
We offer a tiered refund structure for wedding cakes to account for the planning involved:
2+ Months Notice: 100% deposit refund.
1–2 Months Notice: 50% deposit refund.
Within 1 Month Notice: The deposit is non-refundable.
