Order Confirmation

To secure your booking and confirm your order, a 50% deposit is required.

General Cancellation Terms

• Within 7 Days of Event: Please be advised that 50% of the total payment is non-refundable for cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled fulfillment date.

Trailer & Truck Bookings

• Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits for trailer and truck bookings are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the notice period provided. We recommend finalizing your event details before proceeding with these specific bookings.

Wedding Cake Bookings

We recognize that large-scale event planning can be fluid. The following refund schedule applies to wedding cake cancellations based on the time remaining before your order date:

• Canceled 2+ Months in Advance: 100% deposit refund.

• Canceled Between 1 and 2 Months: 50% deposit refund.

• Canceled Within 1 Month: The deposit is non-refundable.
